Default PvP weapon/armour skins

So, like we all know, with recent posting of Linsey we can expect something improved in the system of weapons and armours purchased for tournament points.

What I'd like to suggest further to what has been announced is:

I. Create a new menu which pops up when you create a PvP-only item

- in this menu you get to actually choose a skin of the item you create (you don't need any NPC for that to do so on-the-fly)
- above also means that when you unlock a skinned item, you actually unlock a skin for infinite use so it's not a single item which you create and which will forever disappear if you happen to delete character or find your storage/equip tab filled with too many items to store all of them

II. Make said skins more approachable to the crowd

- make all PvE skins of weapons and armours avaible
- make 1.5k skin armours and 15k ones purchasable solely by Balthazar faction
- same as above with weapons, decide which are not rare enough to require getting points to buy them

III. Required for IIth suggestion to really work

- allow players to purchase pvp pets and skins piece-by-piece, so if said item or pet requires 40'000 Balthazar faction to be spend at once but you leak the PvP titles in order to store so much faction at once, you will be able to donate 10'000 faction to said pet or item skin 4 times in this case (with higher but not high enough limits similar logic applies)

IV. Revitalise interest in PvP skins for the PvP crowd

- create many new & exclusive, PvP-only armour and weapons skins, requiring lots of Balthazar faction and tournament reward points

Except nr. IV - there are no pve-only weapons and therefore no reason for PvP-only.. If you want new skins, they should add completely new ones.. (to the whole game)

Z-Coins are soon going to be able to be used to get the pvp skins.

I wouldn't mind having the PvP only skins available in PvE, but that is a different topic. I would, however, agree with being able to use the skin more than once when you unlock it. Deleting a PvP character to roll a new class and still use that weapon sking would be nice. Maybe increase the costs of unlocking the skins, but make them permanently unlocked. Problem with that is the current version keeps some people active to keep getting the stuff they want....

"all PvE skins of weapons and armours avaible"

If that would be made the reverse as well, then I'd sign.

PvP toons can not get eotn armors currently. That really is the only thing I want fixed. Apparently there is some graphical glitch or whatever.
